Not great at all
My stay at Panorama hotel was terrible, the hotel was not cleaned and no cleaning, negative attitude from the reception, no respect for client.

During my stay there I actually suffered a stroke and I had a friend stay with me until it was time to leave. And I'm very grateful that they did not make a fuss about him staying with me because I don't know what I would have done if he could not stay with me and monitor me until it was talking to catch a flight back home

It’s not clean and overpriced
I was grossed by the dirty sheet in my room and I found few hair left on the bed from the previous guests, I think they never changed the sheet and I couldn’t sleep on it, I put the bath towel on one Side of bed and lay on it for 3 hrs and I had to leave. I think the condition of the room I received is overpriced for what I paid, I didn’t want to complain because I’m only there for few hrs and the sink is clogged as well, no tissue in the bathroom I had to go down to get ones . I can get a better hotel with $50 in Jordan. Don’t stay here.

Room was dirty,towels smelled really bad….I stayed 3 days and did not recieve room service even once…Basics like coffee do not exist…Noisy as it’s Very close to the Main Street and traffic…overall,very disappointing and I won’t recommend it to anyone.

Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Täglich gab es zwei Flaschen Wasser aufs Zimmer. Im Bad hat mir lediglich ein Fön gefehlt, aber bin die paar Tage ohne zurecht gekommen.

Breakfast was excellent and had lots of varieties and balance between the traditional /local and international food.miral water, seeds. The staff at the breakfast room were professional and exceptionally caring . Housekeeping service was great. staff at reception very helpful and friendly specially Mr. Ahmed , Mr.Omar , Mr.Waleed. I had a fantastic city view beds so comfortable , near from markets and malls , and safe area my next trip will be at panorama amman hotel again. thanks

La réception n'était pas prévenu de notre venu et la chambre réservé n'était pas prête. Alors ils nous ont proposé une suite. La suite est certes plus grande mais alors l'état est catastrophique: la cuisine est toute abîmée, comme si elle avait pas été nettoyée depuis longtemps.La chambre manquait de couvertures et les draps n'était pas si propre et les lits pas du tout confortable.Mais la salle de bain,c'était le pire il y' avait de l'humidité plein les murs. Les joints n'était pas refait depuis longtemps puisqu'il était tout pourri. Et elle était impossible à chauffer. Et les fenêtres étaient impossibles à fermer. La porte avait l'air pas très sécurisée nous avons dû mettre des chaises devant car nous avions peur pour notre sécurité. Le lendemain, nous nous sommes plaints et ils nous ont donnés une autre suite mais le problème reste le même. La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. Payant autant pour si peu c'est scandaleux.
