“Hotel staff doesn't speak English, no lobby entrance to elevator. They burned incense everyday and very suffocating. Kitchen wares dirty and cabinet was broken. Housekeeping is good and generous with bottle water. Bathroom is always flooded with water after bath but they give extra towels. We paid $7 per day and there was only egg and breads, nothing else. I want my money back for the breakfast that we didn't eat.”

“Spacious, clean, grand scale. The lounge was empty of people and staff most of the time it was open. Dislike were the lobby walkways which were open and exposed to the elements so when it rained, walking to your room would require skill to avoid slipping on the wet tile floors. ”

“The cruise was great - especially our guide Hieu! We had a room with terrace on the upper deck which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The cruise itself was amazing. We note that there are only few other boats around the route so that there weren’t many other tourists around. The food was also very good.”

“We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 12 adults! The hotel staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the hotel was so lovely and cosy. “15 mins from airport, at the entrance of Haiphong, far from anything in the city unless you take a taxi 15 mins ride. Small bar on the ground floor with good snacks. Breakfast ok for such an hotel. Good size room. There is also an in-house "casino" not very crowded. For one night stay good option, even if a bit overpriced for the location”
