“What an experience . La Costa wasn't just a resort it was like staying at a families house . Staff are very friendly . CHI went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable . She even took me on a food and coffee tour after she got off . I even got to meet the owner of the resort , who is so down to earth and lovely person .
The staff took me on a waterfall hike too .
Breakfast was amazing . Just everything was 10/10”

“Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. “Overall had a positive experience, mainly due to the location and the staff.
The hotel is in a great spot, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Whether that’s natural hospitality or part of their training, it genuinely made a difference and added warmth to the experience. “The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too.
