“Overall this hotel is not what you would expect from a Fairmont Resort. Being in Montana you would expect a steakhouse restaurant to be able to cook a steak to order. Unfortunately, med rare comes as medium well to well done. Then when they try to fix it comes out blue rare to rare. When you are paying $300+ for dinner, I expect better quality and customer service support when things don’t go as they should. If you are wanting to use the simulators, they close them early, or say they aren’t...

“Check in time is absolute. There may be a fee to check in early. Just be prepared. Staff was helpful when needed. Ice machine was hard to find and not close for our convenience. Plenty of restaurants close by and fuel if needed. Breakfast was plentiful and on time.”
