Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. ”

“ I was visiting the area with a colleague for a group hike, and unfortunately, our experience was significantly disrupted by several issues with our accommodations.
Upon checking into our room, we immediately noticed a faint smell of vomit. We hoped the odor would dissipate while we went out for dinner, but it persisted and was unfortunately amplified once we turned on the heater.
Furthermore, we were unable to sleep for most of the night due to an extreme amount of noise coming from the unit...

“Genuinely loved this place! From the moment I walked in the nautical vibe engulfed me. It was quiet and calm and the staff were so kind and helpful.
I was concerned that the location would be noisy but it was like I was in a cocoon. I slept the best that I have slept in months!
I can’t recommend this place highly enough! ”
