1mile to Disneyland family friendly House with a pool, hot tub, and game room

A world of fun is in store at this kid-friendly home with a game room, bunk beds, and a pool. Fire up the BBQ grill and serve dinner at a table for nine under a vaulted wood ceiling amid country décor. End the day with a soothing dip in the hot tub. The home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood steps away from Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. Southern California beaches, Los Angeles, and other parks are all a car ride away.

There is no charge to heat hot tub, any temp. Pool heating is free up to 80° degrees. 81°-85° $30 per day, 86°-90° $40 per day, 91°+ $50 per day. Pool and hot tub are not permanently heated at all times. Host can turn on pool or hot tub at anytime (can have the hot tub ready for when you get back home after a long day!). Please ask host any questions about pool and hot tub heating.

Outdoor security cameras are for security purposes only. There are no interior cameras. All security cameras are located on the outside of the house. Security camera locations: Front door, front left side of house, front right side of house, driveway, back/garage door area, rear right side of pool area, rear left side of pool area. Wow! What a beautiful home! It was fully stocked, clean, and spacious. We stayed for Disney with 5 kids and everyone had space, their own bed, and the game room was perfect place. Us parents chilled in the Hot tub after a long day of walking at Disney that is only a7 min drive away!

Awesome place to stay

The house was the perfect rental, had everything needed for a great week. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of beds for a large family. Within a mile to Disneyland, we took an Uber, which cost about 6 plus tip in the morning and 10 plus tip in the evening. I would 100% rent again from Eric, he was very receptive and accommodating.

This stay was absolutely perfect! Eric thought of everything from coffee to pool toys. The house was extremely clean, the amenities were labeled, organized, and well maintained. You can see the Disney firework’s from the front window every night. The pool and entertainment was perfect for our kids, we would absolutely stay here again and already looking at booking for next summer, and we just checked out today! 10 stars out of 5!

Excellent stay

Exactly as listed! This was our first time visiting California being from Maine we could not have chosen a better place to stay! This place was very clean with everything you could possibly need for a nice vacation besides your own groceries. The thoughtfulness and communication was excellent. We were truly impressed from the moment we stepped through the door. We had a great time and was able to make a short walk to Disneyland and downtown Disney from here. All the items you could think of being needed at your place of stay. We enjoyed the fully stocked coffee bar, outdoor area with the spa and pool with nice bbq. Highly recommend for your choice of stay. If we ever come back to California we will certainly be looking for this place to stay!

Perfect family home for Disney vacation

We had a wonderful time at Eric’s property. The house was immaculate and provided everything we needed and more. There was 7 of us staying there (4 adults, 3 young children) and there was more than enough space. The pool heated up nicely and there was lots of toys for the kids to play with. The location was perfect for Disneyland day trips - less than 10 minutes to Downtown Disney and to the Toy Story lot. Highly recommend the house to anyone looking for a family vacation!

Wonderful stay

The house was well stocked and clean, and the host communicated well. There were plenty of beds/cots, and the kitchen was big enough for several people to work in at once. My kids were delighted with the heated pool, and we appreciated that there were life jackets and sturdy umbrellas for shade. We ended up using two of the strollers provided in the garage several times. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We all agreed we would stay there again.

Excellent location & wonderful home

This was our first time using Vrbo & visiting the California area. We stayed for one week after Christmas & were so happy with the choice to stay at this home. Communication with homeowner was excellent, home was inviting, spacious & clean. Everything was labeled well & stocked fully. We would highly recommend this home to others who wanted to stay close to Disney. Great experience& would return :)

Exceptional!!

This is one of the best vrbo’s we have stayed in. The host is wonderful, responsive and very helpful. The house was clean, very well stocked, the pool was warm on chilly days. The house was also in a great location to Disney, on a quiet street, with quiet neighbors. We felt safe and secure, could drive or walk anywhere. We left behind a special lovie and he has even helped with that. We would 100% stay again!! Our stay was perfect!

Nice, clean home with some “false advertising”

We stay at VRBO properties a lot. This home was close to Disney, in a quiet neighborhood. Clean property, well stocked with supplies and linens. Big fridges and comfy furniture. Shower pressure was firm. TVs in every room and the pool was lovely during the day hours. Definitely a 4-Star VRBO home. But there were only 3 bedrooms, enough to sleep 5-6 people (bunk beds for kids younger than age 10). The ad says sleeps 9 but only if you use pull-outs and cots. Another “false advertisement” was the game room. It was just a pool table and pool supplies in a separate locked garage. The owner charges extra to heat the hot tub which the lights and jets are broken, and there are Ring cameras everywhere. The neighborhood has “quiet hours” so we felt we couldn’t enjoy the outside after 9:30 pm. My family did not appreciate feeling like we were being watched. It is a great location for a small group wanting to be close to Disney. Otherwise if you don’t mind the cameras and night rules, this is a decent place to stay with young kids.

Great outdoor space

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. We needed an extra room so the baby would be able to sleep well. The best part was enjoying the hot tub after a long walking day at Disney. Our host was awesome and remotely had it heating up so it would be ready when we got back. We loved the cute family space in the garage with a pool table. We would stay here again.

Disneyland forever

From the moment we entered our chosen property we felt at home. Our property manager, Eric, had thought of everything and the extras he had for our grandkids to enjoy in the pool and in the games room were fantastic. Our son and his wife were so impressed with the layout and roominess of the home, the pool, hot tub and home’s proximity to Disneyland were simply hreat. Five stars!’

From the moment we arrived we knew we had the perfect home for our Disney vacation. The house itself is beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed and more to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed Disney during the day and dinner and the pool/hot tub at the house in the evening. So close to Disney we could even see the fireworks from the yard!

Huge kitchen and living spaces

Great home for multiple kiddos of different ages. Home was super well supplied with everything anyone would need and the kitchen space was amazing, It is a bit of a walk to Disney Land, but not much further than any parking garage. Great communications from the owner too. Highly recommend
