Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the staff. I had a very specific situation, all staff said different things which made it messy. There were 2 staff out of the 4 i interacted with, they were helpful. Although, the person I checked in with on 2/11 around 2:30pm, he did not answer my questions, told me to wait when i asked questions ( never answered ) did not inform us about breakfast times ( i called a separate time to ask ).
With my situation, I know it can get confusing so I understand if not everyone knows what to do. I got charged a second deposit on the time of my extended stay. Which frustrated me, because the 4th person i talked to, I asked him to check in with someone else on my situation because everyone was saying different things. He abided to what he said, and he confirmed no second deposit will be charged. Minutes later, i got a $100 charge on my bank. I called the front desk a few hours later and it was the same man. He said you have to come to the office to sort it out. We went to the office, he said he didn’t charge it.
Moral of the story, I enjoyed the room and the location, but it feels there’s inconsistency with knowing what to do in certain situations. He did not offer help, but the other 2 guys did. I didn’t get names because I didn’t want it to seem like a bigger deal than it was, because i don’t make scenes, but I feel like I was lied to. Which i can be wrong, but i wasn’t offered help.
