KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with gorgeous stone counters, a glass tile backsplash, all new appliances, and an ice maker in the fridge. Enjoy appetizers at the kitchen bar with seating for three. When it's time to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for eight.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Unwind in the stylish master bedroom featuring vaulted ceilings, a California king bed with plush linens, and a 55in flat-screen TV. The spa-like en-suite bathroom has plush Monarch towels, marble flooring, a Carrara marble double vanity, and a luxurious walk-in marble shower with a waterfall showerhead.

Your family will enjoy the quiet comfort of the two serene guest rooms. The first provides a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle beneath and a 40in flat-screen TV with cable, while the second bedroom is configured with two twin beds, a large closet, and a 42in flat-screen TV with cable.

The guest bathroom upstairs has a shower/tub combination. A powder room downstairs is conveniently located off the living room.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy the magical golden hour on your private patio and grill dinner on the barbecue. Dine alfresco at the table for six, or gather by the fire pit and tell stories under the stars.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Located across the street from Disneyland, you're only a 15-minute walk to the Disney tram or Downtown Disney with its dozens of restaurants and shops. You'll save time and money by avoiding the Disney parking garage. You're also a very short drive from other Anaheim-area attractions including Knott's Berry Farm, Angel Stadium (home of the LA Angels), the Honda Center (home of the Anaheim Ducks), shopping at South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island, and the wonderful coastal cities of Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. Downtown Los Angeles is only 30 miles away.

We chose this property due to its proximity to Disney and it did not disappoint. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and the accommodations were comfortable. It took us 20-25 minutes to reach the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. The property was very clean, but could use new carpet and the paint could be touched up in some areas. The process from booking to check out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Great stay with enough room for 3 adults and 3 kids. The nearness to Disneyland was what attracted us to it of course, and was worth it for that. We learned it may be a little too far for some but close enough for me to drop them off and walk over after.

This property was great for our family of 6. Just a short walk to Disneyland. Very quiet subdivision. It was great to have access to the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Worked out great for our group. Easy access to Disneyland. Clean and comfortable. The stairs are creaky and the bedroom doors squeak. Needs new carpet upstairs, but otherwise had everything we needed! Playground pool/hot tub at condo complex was good for kids.

We are so glad we stayed here for our Disney vacation! The proximity to Downtown Disney, and walking distance made getting to the parks each day a breeze. The condo itself is very comfortable. The kitchen amenities and proximity to groceries allowed us to have breakfast before starting our day. The patio, and the calm, quiet complex gave us a nice spot to relax and decompress after a busy day of Disneying. Contact with the owner was very simple. Overall, a great experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again, if the opportunity arises

We chose this condo as we had previously stayed in this condo complex on our last family vacation to Disneyland and loved all the convivences it had to offer. The complex is an easy walk to Disneyland with a nice pool and hot tub to share. This condo itself has been renovate many years ago, as well as all the appliances have been updated, but years ago. The condo itself had very comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. The carpet absolutely needs to be replaced, it is very dirty and it is also coming apart in several areas, so you need to be mindful not to step on some open spots with staples. Could use some window coverings in the living room and dining area. We stayed back to rest one day and the beating sun makes the condo very warm and hard to relax and watch tv or a movie. The ceiling fan in the living room was also not working, stated it would be repaired next week with a date on it from Sept. The tipping point for us staying 9 days was the supplies they did not supply us (not our first VBRO for a 9 day vacation). We had to supply our own toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dish washer soap, etc. They did supply 1 pod for the washing machine in order to put the bedding in on the day we left. NO dishcloths to wipe anything down. . Very hard to keep things neat and tidy for 9 days when they offer no help in accomplishing that. For the price we paid to rent this condo I would never stay here again and I also would never recommend staying at this condo for this price.

Close to Disneyland. Older condo starting to show its age. Needs paint and carpet cleaning. No face cloths or dish rags supplied. I sent a message and was told they don’t supply face cloths. Even the cheap motels supply them!!! We left a stroller behind as they didn’t supply one and found 3 in the garage. But no info on the listing. The outdoor furniture cushions were filthy. But the complex is safe and quiet the pool is great as well as the playground. Was nice to have a place to cook and come to for a break from Disneyland. It just needs some tlc .

This is directly accross the street from the Pixar Pals parking lot, so you can walk there and take the shuttle into the parks. Or you can walk about 10-15 minutes to the monorail. It's a nice little three bedroom with good seperation of space. The complex has a pool, hottub, and playground. The details may be a bit frayed at the margins, but you can't get better space and location. We would absolutely rent this again.

This was a great condo for our family of 5. It's just around the corner from Disneyland parking garages and took us less than 5 minutes door to door. Condo was extremely clean & in excellent condition. They even had a pack and play and high chair if you are traveling with young children!

Finding the condo was confusing. Was initially a little scared by the person sleeping in their car with half their body flopped out. Once we went inside it was a cute little family home that completely met our needs. It is about as close as you can get to Disneyland without staying in a hotel. Was surprised hand soap was not provided. Overall, great experience and would definitely stay again!

Perfect for what we needed. Everything looked like the pictures. We didn't need Uber/Lyft. We walked up magic way and there is a bridge that you can walk up to that brings you across to the Mickey and friends parking lot tram. That was very convenient. Or you can walk to Downtown Disney by walking down downtown drive. Will definitely stay here again.

It really was a quick walk to Downtown Disney and the trams. You do have to cross the street (no immediate cross walk), take the stairs to the bridge walkway to the parking structures, and board the trams there. Several times we'd enter from Downtown Disney and board the monorail to get into Disneyland. This is the first time we've stayed on this side of Disneyland, and we don't miss the long lines of the formal front entrance at all. The townhouse was great, spacious for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. Very nicely decorated, and not overly done in Disney decor. Housekeeping did a good job. The kids already want to come back next year!

Loved the location, we walked to the parks! Great space for a family of 6. The conditions of the rental were excellent, nice furniture and laundry room was a plus. Having 2.5 bathrooms was amazing, getting ready in the morning was faster. The only opportunity was that there wasn’t even salt in the kitchen. Having some basic on the kitchen like salt and pepper are kind of expected. Also, we couldn’t find laundry detergent, at least having a small amount for convenience would have helped. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay!
