We arrived Wednesday January 22, 2025 we contacted Valeri the owner or project manager the tvs had no remotes valeri didn’t get back to us til 1-23-25 late morning saying she would send the cleaning crew out to clean the pool it was filthy also the hot was warm they came while we was out they left all the window curtains open and all the lights on we checked out 1-25-25 our entire stay no hot water no tvs and no pool we need to be refunded the pictures looks good online the place is outdated

The contact for this property NEVER a responded to me. I reached out two days prior and during the stay and no responses. There were no instructions for the pool and it was NOT turned on or heated. We were extremely disappointed as that was the reason we chose this home. We finally figured out on day 4 that there was a remote. We found this by reading the comments from past renters online. The instruction binder is moldy and lacked sufficient instructions. There were spiders everywhere and one of the bedroom door handles kept falling off locking people inside. The key holder was VERY difficult to use and needs replaced. There was no front porch light which made coming back at night uncomfortable. No air conditioning, so it was very uncomfortable temperature wise. Other than that, the rooms were as expected, limited items in the kitchen and nothing matched. Very basic home, not worth the $$.

My recent Vrbo stay fell short of expectations. The room lacked a working AC and relied solely on fans. The listing was outdated and didn't accurately depict the property. Despite reporting the AC problem, it went unresolved. The guest room's bed was uncomfortable, feeling like sleeping on springs. Additionally, a strict 10 PM quiet hours policy restricted outdoor activities, including enjoying wine on the patio. The pool remote was unreliable and had delays. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

My family and I traveled from Australia to do a Disneyland stay and see family. The property was home away from home. The check-in process to the checkout process was seamless. The property manager was very friendly. Everything at the property worked perfectly. There was a notebook on how to operate everything. The heated pool and water slide worked with a touch of a button from a remote control. The house was very open plan living and the location was five minutes from everything, including the Disneyland Entrance. Highly recommended to any families looking for accommodation, especially on vacation to do the theme parks. Looking forward to next time…

Stayed for 6 nights for a family trip to Disneyland land. 5 adults and 2 ten year old boys. The boys loved the pool and the slide. The adults loved the spa and being able to pop over into the pool for a cool down. The outdoor fireplace was nice to be able to sit around and the end of the evening. Each of the masters have ensuites with shower and one opens to the patio. Third full washroom in hall. The boys also played the air hockey. Was really nice having washer and dryer. BBQ cooked steaks perfectly. Well our chef did but he couldn’t have done without the BBQ. Beds were comfy. Had only one issue, which Val resolved to our satisfaction. I would book here again.

It was not worth the time or money we paid for this home, the pool is nice, the home is old full of spider webs and of course "spiders" the second master bathroom has not been updated, the outside furniture is old and falling apart, but the worse part apart from the spiders were the bed bugs, we couldn't figure out why on the last few nights we were itching all over the kids the my self and other family members, not worth the time or money spent, this home needs to be taken off and money refunded,.....

Pictures in listing were deceiving. Decent place. Master 2 bedroom bed is terrible. The TVs only worked part of the time. Had to have a maintenance guy come over to fix multiple issues. Lots of daddy long leg spiders. “Game room” in the garage only had a air hockey table. No outdoor lights in the front or back. Fire pit worked nicely. Didn’t end up using the pool, only soaked our feet/legs 2 nights. Was a little disappointed in the pantry of the kitchen - tiny bit of pepper and salt was all that was provided. Showers were ok. Sinks in the master bath drained slow. Main master bed and queen and bunk beds were nice. Having a crib was helpful as well as a high chair.

House was clean but very dated and seriously lacking maintenance. The front facia is decaying and paint is flaking. Garage door is broken & sign inside says “don’t open”. Only thing in the garage was a cheap air hockey table & flat screen. Garage was too hot to even play in. One master bedroom required a separate A/C unit that was retro fitted to a pet door set in a sliding glass door with no way to secure the slider. I had to take the A/C unit pet door thing out every time we left and put it back in when getting back. Pool deck has pieces of concrete missing with exposed rusty rebar. Concrete was also very rough & hard on the feet. Most of the plants in the back yard were no longer present which gave you direct line of sight into the trailer park behind the house. Pictures in the listing are from a real estate listing from 2015. French doors leading outside to pool area had a huge gap at the bottom and rub at the top. Anyone could force doors open with little effort. No additional security latches typicallyfound on French doors. Outside on the pool deck is a set of breakers with a cover plate that falls off if bumped leaving exposed wiring to the breakers. The outside patio covering is old & weathered. Front porch light also doesn’t work. Someone retro fitted a double oven and did a terrible job. Drawer below oven was pulled out & screwed in place to help support the oven. The outer glass was also missing so the interior glass was very hot & could burn someone. Dishwasher looks dirty along with corrosion inside. A/C stopped working after 24 hours and sent an e-mail Sunday afternoon. Never received a phone call or email back and had to initiate all contact with “Val” to get the unit fixed. Wasn’t until I said we might have to make other plans to stay somewhere else that she did something. Pool and location to the park was good but that’s about it. Definitely not worth the price to stay there. It is obviously an investment property but poorly maintained. Not a place to stay on a special occasion like your daughters 13th birthday.

Property nicely managed. Clear instruction Manuel. Depth of pool 3-8 feet. Interior had minimal decor which was nice, no need to feel like something might get broken. It did not take away anything from the homes ambiance. Thank you for providing shower items. The master room on the bedrooms side had no 3 prong outlet on the bedside. There was a 2 prong extension cord. It made it inconvenient. It was a great place to stay.

The house did work for our group, it was smaller than it looked in the pictures and outdated. Pool was nice, outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Inside needs more bath towels and pans for cooking, used the grill outside only once but was clean and worked great! The "game room" had an air hockey table that didn't work, so I would not call it a game room. When I asked the property owner for pictures of the game room she never responded along with a couple of other inquiries, no response. Those are just a few things that I didn't like about the property, it did work for our group and we enjoyed our stay there for the most part. Thank you.

Place was Close to Disney and easy to get to. However we had 6 kids with us and with the pool we were thinking that they would have pool blow ups or toys but they all had holes and no life jackets. It's also was listed that their was a game room with TV, basketball, air hocky and game counsol but in fact all they had was air hockey and you couldn't even watch TV and play because their was not enough plug ins. Place would of been great if their was stuff for all the kids. Thank God the pool was nice!

Overall the seven of us had a great time at West Cris Avenue. We ubered to the parks each day at a cost of about $8.00 per car, each way. The bedrooms/beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean and in great shape. *The pool is a lot of fun but a page in the binder explaining how to operate it would have been helpful. We were only able to use the water slide on our last day because there was no explanation available to us. The backyard photos online depict a lush garden setting when in fact it isn’t. And the outdoor furniture needed a good cleaning. We also think it’s time for a new dishwasher as we felt compelled to rinse everything after each cycle. The kids had a blast and the house is roomy and very comfortable.

There are reviews on here noting cosmetic issues within the house, which is true, however, we did enjoy the house, especially the pool. It our family's needs, and honestly, I've stayed at highly rated hotels with bigger issues that I saw here. We had issues with turning on the pool heater and water slide when we first arrived, and the property manager promptly responded to resolve the issue. Also noted was that the pool gate was broken and although it took a few days for it to be resolved, she did fix it for the next tenant. We had a nice stay and the house is as advertised. Yes, there could be some interior updates done (cabinets, master bathroom) and the game room was a bit rough (we didn't have a desire to play pool anyway), but the property manager is attentive and the pool, layout of the house, and cleanliness makes the price well worth it. Your family will have fun.

First of all getting ahold of the property manager was only convenient when I needed to upload documents and even when I did that, I received no reply. I again emailed the day before the trip to get clarity on the check in process since I heard nothing and again received no reply. The day of the check in I received an email with the check in process. THE HOUSE: False Advertisement. As most of the prior reviews of this house state, there are several difference with what is shown when you reserve the property to what the house actually looks like. Most if not all the furniture is different and much worse quality than what is pictured. All the way from tables, coffee tables, to entire bed sets. Paint on the wall is different. In 2 of the bedrooms listed its a beachy nice striped pattern , when you arrive you see an all beige house with minimal decor or picture frames on the wall. NONE of the remotes for the main tv fully worked. The non-HVAC master bedroom didnt even have a remote for the TV so it was not used. Besides the furniture and paint the game room was a total let down. No basketball hoop as shown. The pool table was not the same and honestly needs to be donated cause of its condition. The ping pong table is broken and looks to have been attempted to be repaired with some wood, but failed. The game room is also in a garage which is not welcoming or even finished for that matter. The plaster on the wall leaves about a foot of drywall shown and shocker, no hardwood or laminate floor as shown in listing. The second day the Spa pump exploded while my 4 kids were swimming in the main pool and scared the **** out of them to the point they didnt want to swim again that day. I immediately called the Property Manager and left a voicemail expecting some sort of call back, text or email and received neither. The following day the pool guy showed up began filling up the spa with water but not sure if it was because of the call or because it was the scheduled maintenance day since it was Monday as listed in the white binder. Either way the Spa was again working after 2 days of being broke, but zero reply, call back or acknowledgment from anyone. Also during the stay my family and I in total killed 6 spiders and 2 other bugs. The house was clean from trash but still seemed unkept, old, outdated, and mix-matched. 100% do not stay here, if I seen updated pictures I would have not booked this house!!!
