“Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per la sua vicinanza ai parchi Disneyland. Fuori dall'hotel passa un autobus che ti porta direttamente lì e il servizio molto comodo e rapido. Per essere un 4 stelle, ci saremmo aspettati maggiori servizi in camera, come ad esempio la presenza di un bollitore per il tè. La colazione il primo giorno è stata servita in una sala buffet, con la possibilità di scegliere da soli e servirsi e ci ha molto soddisfatto. Inspiegabilmente gli altri giorni questa sala...

“La struttura accogliente, bella e moderna, le camera funzionali, datati di ogni comfort, una vedita dall’11 piano da mozzare il fiato, abbiamo visto i fireworks di Disneyland tutte le sere, abbastanza pulita, le piscine favolose entrambe, dotate di tele gratuiti. una veduta dal roof top favolosa, la cena al the viv eccellente. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile ovunque, anche al bar, una nota super positiva per il personale del Valencia’s, gentili e disponibili, soprattutto Veronica che è...

“Great place to stay when going to disneyland, since it's close to the toy story parking lot. The staff was always nice and friendly. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy. My kids loved the cookies. Paying in advance for breakfast was worth it. Only thing to improve is that one morning we were seated in a table under a leaking duct ( a few drops of water fell onto my son’s breakfast ) and we had to be relocated. ”
