Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 24 m² studio apartment for rent in Ancelle, with a view of the mountains and the village, ski resort within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 24 m² living room, open-plan fitted kitchen and bathroom (with bath).

The studio is composed as follows:
- An entrance hallway with a bunk bed (two single beds)
- A 24 m² living room with a double sofa-bed, Smart TV (which allows connection-sharing access to favorite VOD services such as Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, as well as music services such as Spotify, video game and sports content...), dining area
- Open kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The studio is ideally located in Ancelle, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach.

Activities :
Winter: winter sports, dog sledding, rando-luge, ski joëring, snake gliss, snow tubbing or yooner (halfway between sledging and skiing), skating rink, at the foot of the cross-country ski trails, 12 snowshoeing itineraries...
In summer: leisure centre near the studio, forest walks, horseback riding, paragliding, mountain biking, fitness trails, beach volleyball, tennis, adventure courses, educational farms, nearby leisure center, via ferrata at Rouanne, Lac de Serre-Ponçon (40mn), Lac de Saint Bonnet (20mn), canoeing, sailing, golf at Col Bayard (20mn)...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking lot near the building.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Access to the ski lifts on foot or by the free winter shuttle service provided by the commune.
- Gap is accessible by night train from the Gare d'Austerlitz (departure around 9.30pm, arrival around 7am in Ancelle, ready to ski or hike). Very low fares at certain times (e.g. 19 euros in summer). A bus takes you to Ancelle.
- Nearest train station: Gap station, about 25 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence airport, about 2 hours by car.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Pets accepted for an extra charge of €15/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking.
- Lockable ski locker.
