So-so
Big minus- if you plan on cooking & eating in, just a few pots and fry pans. No sheet tray or bowls cook in microwave or serve food in. Could use more serving utensils too.chinsy qualiity eating utensils. Lots of little kids forks, not a lot of adult forks. Stove, oven, & coffee maker worked well. Decor looked like random stuff from yard sales. Empty fish tank was displayed with kids toys in it. Most furniture looked run down. Television was large and worked well. Sofa was comfortable. Bed mattress weren't so comfortable just okay. Also another minus-just 1 wash cloth & 2 towels in each bathroom to share. It says not to talk to lower unit tenants but to coordinate with them to order the laundry. We left a note for them. Backyard grass overgrown. Water pressure was good in showers. Neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of space to park in driveway.Remember this is a second floor unit. Be prepared to carry your luggage up the steps to the door and again up the steps in the house. Not liking that they required we strip the beds & put all towels in laundry when checking out. Also to put garbage pail out for pick up. In my opinion that's part of the cleaning fee we pay for.
