The Space:
This is the penthouse unit of a 3 unit Triplex/Condo unit. This fully remodeled space is sure to appease both families and business professionals looking for a fun yet luxurious space to get away and experience Anchorage while enjoying comfortable amenities to make your stay enjoyable. From soaring ceilings, comfy beds, gas fireplaces, large outdoor deck with accent lighting, huge chefs kitchen, this place is meant to be enjoyed.

Guest Access:
There will be a lockbox to the right of the front door by the mailbox. Code will be provided before check-in where you will get your keys to the unit. Park in front of the unit on the street.
This unit is on the 3rd floor of the building so there are some stairs to get to the front door of the 3rd unit. Once at the door there are another 13-15 steps to get to the living room/main living area. There are a few steps leading up the master bedroom as well as steps to go downstairs to the other bedroom. Please expect steps and carrying luggage up/down.

The Neighborhood:
Bootleggers cove is one of Anchorages most sought after and prestigious neighborhoods for access to downtown dining, shopping, along with incredible sunsets and ocean views. And best part is you can walk or a few minute Uber ride to almost all the fine dining and shopping!

Getting Around:
Easy Walk to most that is offered in downtown

This is street parking only (plenty available).

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.

There is no need to interact with us as hosts as we are not on site, but we are happy to call, text, or chat via the airbnb app about Alaska, Anchorage, things to do, and issues, dining options, etc!
