This apartment has been fully remodeled with a beautiful kitchen, stylish modern furnishings, and thoughtful additions (like a video projector in the large bedroom). Enjoy the experience in a safe central location near (but not too near) downtown and local favorite attractions and dining. Netflix and reliable high-speed wireless internet included. Blackout shades have been installed! (Note: The apartment has a queen and single bed. The third bed, available upon request, is a queen-sized blow-up mattress).

It's "ok", i mean it's more like a bachelor pad, definitely not made for small kids, teenagers more like it. Took three hours for the bleach smell to leave the place when i checked in and the pillows were wet, there is only a queen bed in one room and a twin bed in the other. I think the couch is the futon? not sure.

Clean, Comfortable, Quiet

This home was just as advertised. We came in very late at night, but the house was easy to find and the dedicated parking space was nice. An easy walkway and several stairs took us to the apartment that was accessible by lockbox. The apartment was immaculate and presented just like the online pictures. We found the beds comfortable, cooking made easy by the thoughtful additions in the kitchen, and laundry area perfect. A prior post mentioned no screens on the windows, but all the windows now have screens and there was a large fan provided that was very helpful. With the windows open and the fan circulating air, the apartment was very comfortable both day and night. We would absolutely return to this rental on our next visit.

Crowded for 5

The house was very nice, convenient to Anchorage, and easy to locate and check in. The description was a little deceiving as it listed 2 beds plus a futon, but actually had 2 beds and an air mattress with little room to put it. The lack of curtains in the living room made sleeping on the air mattress quite difficult during 24hrs of daylight. Would definitely recommend, but not for more then 3 or 4 people.

Ive stayed at this location twice. Its a very nice property, clean and has super comfortable beds. I will stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in Anchorage.

The property was very good but not designed for 3 adults each needing separate beds as one had to sleep on a blow up mattress. The single bed was also very soft. Would be better advertised as 2 separate singles in 1 bedroom or a 2nd double bed for a maximum of 4 people.
