Appartamento all'ultimo piano con una camera da letto con soffitto a volta e finestre trasparenti. Splendidamente rifinito con un letto matrimoniale, arredi di qualità, moquette e pavimenti in laminato. Questa è un'unità chiavi in mano, quindi tutto viene fornito tra cui TV via cavo con DVR e WiFi. L'edificio è sicuro e il parcheggio dedicato è sul posto. Convenient spot downtown

Clean place with everything I needed for a short stay. Only issues i had were the noise from the fridge-freezer, and the aparment door lock often required a few attempts to finally open. There is something of a knack to it.

Great Value & Location

This was perfect with one exception. I didn’t read the fine print and connect the dots that the third floor apartment was a walk up. My fault, but it was challenging for these old folks!

Off the Park strip

There is a little deferred mantainence on the outside of the building. The views from the third floor unit, made you feel like you were living in a tree house. Birch tree outside the living room gave you a sense of privacy. Nestled between "A" street and "C" street gave you easy routes to either downtown or uptown. Quite neighborhood relatively quite from street noise, considering.

Comfortable Staging Area

This was a wonderful property within walking distance of downtown Anchorage. It is also easy to access from the main highway, making it the perfect place to come back to after hiking in Girdwood. No frills or fancy with this property but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Good Place with Full Kitchen

Convenient location in downtown. There was some noise from aircraft but that’s to be expected being so close to the airport. We did need to supply our own coffee, sugar and filters which we had. The kitchen was fully equipped and the unit overall was spacious. There are locked doors to both the room and the building so it’s very secure. I did have trouble getting the building door to lock at first until I realized I needed to pull on the door handle to get the electronic deadbolt to seat properly. Overall a very good place to stay.

Great clean place near Downtown

This is a perfect place for two people. It is very clean. Everything needed was there including laundry detergent, coffee, coffee creamer, and sugar. Check-in and out was a breeze. I must have missed that it was upstairs when I booked. But it worked out. Just be careful if you have lots of heavy luggage with limited physical ability. With that said. this was a great place in a great location.

Very clean and close to everything downtown

We staid for 2.5 weeks, working remote and enjoying the area over the weekends. The apartment is very clean, has a complete, full equipped kitchen, what allowed us to cook most of the time. Even if the apartment is a little bit outdated, it is very well maintained. Issues with the Wifi were addressed right away, what is very important to us. Even the shared laundry room is clean and good working. Very pleasant communication with the owner.

Location and simplicity

Great spot, easy access to downtown for our short visit. Clean inside, everything you need for a comfortable stay ( great towels!). It’s not a luxury apartment, but the pictures were accurate and furniture was though broken in was comfortable, not icky at all. Would stay here again!

This was my first time visiting Anchorage. It is in a quiet neighborhood about 10 to 15 min walk to downtown area. Comfortable apt 2-3 floors upstairs. We didn’t have a car during our stay. There is no major grocer nearby-only specialty type health food store.

Great Location

This property is in a great location. It's very conveniently located near the downtown Anchorage area. It was a little difficult to find, but the property manager was very easy to contact and was very helpful in providing assistance. The pictures are pretty accurate. It's decorated and furnished exactly as the pictures show. Some of the furnishings and appliances appear a little dated, but nothing terrible!

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. Everything is either new or in a decent condition. It's light and clean. Location is perfect- 15-20 minutes walk to downtown.

Downtown Anchorage

Good location for seeing downtown Anchorage. Howard was helpful all the way through the process. Apartment was clean, and clearly recently renovated. Only complaint was that a neighbor had a smoke detector that had a low battery and could hear the beeping if we had the sliding glass door open. However, that was minor, as we were gone sightseeing for most of our trip. I would book this again.

Quiet, clean, close

Perfect stay for a work trip. Close to downtown, easy to access airport and other areas of the city. Even easier to head out and explore. Everything was clean and quiet, nice neighborhood.

Very quiet neighborhood and building, close to downtown. Nice to have a comfortable base to return to after being out and about. However, couldn’t watch TV, “no signal” and informed the owner. Also, noticed spots that couldve used dusting. Full kitchen was good.

Convenient and quiet

Clean and spacious one bedroom near downtown. Has all the essentials-coffee tea and hairdryer provided. Once you figure out the one way streets, if you are driving, you are all set!
