Being honest, i didn't except too much because i already know Asbury, the Jersey Shore and their accomodations and prices... The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund.

I think we may have been some of the first guests this year since we came down in shoulder season. One of the fridges was broken so we lost some food that we had bought, but overall it was a good space and matched the listing. Definitely more geared towards families and kids.
