“This property is in a terrible, unsafe neighborhood ! Not sure how they can call this a “wildlife or wilderness reserve “. That is false advertising. Could not sleep at night with all the dogs barking and planes coming and landing overhead. The rooms had bugs crawling on the floor and doorknobs fell off when used them. We were to stay there for 3 nights a but checked out after 1 night. They did make a good pizza…!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Go Quito Hotel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop restaurant were absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. However, service at the rooftop restaurant was quite slow for both breakfast and dinner, and it often seemed understaffed. The coffee was also never served hot enough.
