“One star for the lack of staff. Check in is done online and you are sent a key code to open doors. Not really an issue, except our door would unlock but the doorknob wouldn’t turn. Tried to contact someone through their website (the only contact offered) and never got a reply. We did eventually get into the room after about 10 minutes of entering the code. “We had the most wonderful stay in this apartment during our ski weekend in Andermatt — it truly exceeded all our expectations. The location is an absolute 10/10, perfect for getting to the slopes (Gütsch Gondola right in front of the accommodation) and enjoying everything the area has to offer.
