Located on the front line of the seafront, between Betey beach and Mauret beach, thanks to the cycle path that runs right in front of the gate, you will reach the centre of Andernos in just a few pedal strokes.

It is also the family home where you will enjoy going fishing just in front of the house with friends or with children, take your fishing nets or start paddleboarding or canoeing. Zenitude and comfort of a warm family home.

It is a place for epicureans who will appreciate the functionality of the building, sufficient equipment but ultimately quite simple so as not to burden yourself with the unnecessary.

Here all your senses will be awakened, the seagulls above the stone pines, the iodised scents of the tides throughout the day and finally, a sunset worthy of a postcard.

A small above-ground swimming pool of 5m in diameter is available from mid-June to the end of August, to cool off if needed.



Designed to comfortably accommodate 8 people, this hacienda-style house is distributed over two levels.

The ground floor comprises an independent and very well-equipped kitchen. To prepare your meals, you will find an electric hob, an oven and a microwave, as well as a large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, a raclette machine will allow you to start the day well. To add conviviality to your meals, you will also find a pierrade, a raclette appliance, and a large paella pan. When it comes time to sit down to eat, you can either gather around the dining room table or settle on the terrace facing the sea, and why not take the opportunity to prepare and enjoy good grilled meats on the charcoal barbecue.



To relax and gather, the grand cathedral lounge with its beautiful decorative fireplace has two comfortable sofas and a television, it opens onto the terrace and will be the heart of the house.

A first bedroom is also located on the ground floor, with a Queen size bed (160/200) and a glazed door opening onto the terrace, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and WC.



On the upper floor, the mezzanine overlooks the spacious living room to serve three bedrooms, three bathrooms each with a sink and a bathtub, and an independent toilet. The first bedroom offers a Queen size bed (160/200), the second, two single beds (90/190) and the last, two single beds (90/190) and a wooden baby bed. The house also has many facilities for the little ones, such as a bathtub, a high chair, a potty, and a Babycook.



For added comfort, the house has a laundry room in the basement with a washing machine, ironing table and iron, a storage area that can accommodate eight bicycles, and you will be able to park three vehicles on the plot.
