“More than I ever would have expected. Beautiful setting. Lovely cottage with all the amenities. Walk right out the front door into beautiful wooded areas and nearby stream and waterfall. Folks were friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I hope to return someday soon. ”

“The cottage was lovely and very clean, with beautiful decor. We had a very peaceful time, it was just what we needed. We had a fun visit to Shasta Dam, very close, and sat outside on the back patio and watched the stars. Thank you! ”

“The home was so thoughtfully prepared for us. The check-in was simple and easy. The kitchen was well stocked and as such we could easily make our own meals. We had no issues with electronics - i.e., wifi, tv, etc. The location was central to everything we were doing. We had rented a car and it typically took 10 minutes or less to every place we needed to go.”

“The decor was unobtrusively part of the house, yet drew you in at the same time. A lot of thought went into making you feel welcome,and then immediately at home at the same time. Everything was spotless clean, an inviting aroma just as you walk in. Everything was explained in friendly detail. This was a 5 star experience. We will be back. A special thanks to Our hosts Renae and vinny they were exceptionally welcoming They made a special point to make sure I had a nice gift waiting. Wine...

“Were unable to get inside upon first arriving, messaged host and they replied shortly. Locked ourselves out later in the stay and once again they replied promptly. The property and interior were wonderful with a great view and working amenities. Thank you hannah and Rob!”

“This is a very lovely apartment with peek-a-boo views of the river. My pup and I had a wonderful stay. Bed was comfy and place was very clean. Wonderful screened in porch for morning coffee. The main home and other cottage was rented by a party that let us know we were not welcome to enjoy the back yard and riverside space, so we stayed away and enjoyed the river view from the living room window. Hopefully the next guests get to enjoy the river and the dock. I would def stay here again!”

“We used this cozy home as our base to explore the area. Visited Burney Falls and Lassen National Park as well as Redding and Red Bluff. Very much enjoyed this home. Beds were comfortable and the home was well supplied. We would like to visit again.”

“We visited for 4 days and stayed a 5th day so we could get another day of skiing in. We were comfortable, the place was heated, warm, cozy and away from everything which is what we wanted. There’s a store in town (Reeds) where you can grab groceries, Redding is a half hour away, Shasta 1.5 hours. Peace, quiet, Serenity, good for the kids to run around. Plenty of firewood for the old school stove. Beds cozy. Office nearby. Hottub wasn’t overchlorinated which was nice. They should make it lighter...

“Sweet little cottage with a huge wonderful view!The kitchen was perfect for our long weekend. The bed comfy, and the bathroom - heated floors! The carport kept the car from turning into an oven, and would be an asset in the snow season. Check-in instructions are clear., and the information binder helpful. ”

"Il motel è nella media americana e sopratutto è pulito, ma mi è stata assegnata la camera per invalidi che ho trovato molto scomoda doccia che allagava tutto il bagno, lavandino basso e nessuna scrivania (cosa che le altre camere hanno). Inoltre quel giorno è stato anche un problema parcheggiare perché il parcheggio era pieno di camion dei vigili del fuoco che hanno portato via lo spazio agli altri clienti. Probabilmente con un’altra stanza la mia valutazione sarebbe stata più alta, ma ho chiesto altra stanza e mi è stato risposto che non ne avevano pulite. "
