“I had a very pleasant stay at Tru by Hilton. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every interaction during my stay was positive, which made the experience even better.
The room was clean, modern, and well organized, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day.

“I would like to start by saying I was not expecting anything luxurious, but finding roaches in the bed headboard area was definitely not what I expected.
When I checked in, the front desk associate was polite, and the check-in process was quick and easy. However, after about three hours in the room, I noticed a roach on the wall. Once I started looking around more carefully, I found another on the TV console, one near the edge of the headboard, and later a small roach even walked across my iPad...
