“I would like to start by saying I was not expecting anything luxurious, but finding roaches in the bed headboard area was definitely not what I expected.
When I checked in, the front desk associate was polite, and the check-in process was quick and easy. However, after about three hours in the room, I noticed a roach on the wall. Once I started looking around more carefully, I found another on the TV console, one near the edge of the headboard, and later a small roach even walked across my iPad...
