My card key would not work and had to go back twice and she finally activated another card and walked with me to the door to make sure it worked. The room I found out later had small flies and spiders in it. I didn’t realize it until the next day because I was so tired fr driving. I had a funeral to go to was the only reason I didn’t check...

“Free parking. Staff was not helpful. Check in staff asked if 2nd floor (no elevator) was ok. Since he asked- we said we preferred 1st due to mobility. He said sorry. Can’t move you. The hotel was practically empty. Our keys failed to work- the desk staff tried the keys and didn’t work for her either. She opened the door with her master and said to just find her if we needed back in. Breakfast was horrible- milk and juices were diluted way down. Sausage was barely brown, waffle mix...
