Pool and Hottub are seasonal, so please ask if they are open. Waterside Does not allow us to keep boats or trailers on the property unless you rent a slip from the marina, but they have their own designated parking.
No boat slip included, but Waterside Marina has over night slips that can be rented. Please call them in advance to reserve one because they go quick during peak times. No smoking, no pets. There is also a “day dock” on the other side of the property that you can leave your boat for temporary use. “No boats left over night”

Stay with us if you're going to a UT football game! This autumn come and see our beautiful East Tennessee fall foliage and visit the Royal Blue ATV recreational area! We are minutes away from everything East Tennessee has to offer! GPS - “Dock rd” in Andersonville TN and Waterside Marina is at the end of the road. We have a doorbell camera for security reasons.
