Some of the most beautiful views of the Catskills right from your windows and back yard. Peaceful and large, our home is the perfect place to relax, enjoy private romantic getaway or bring your family together.
Enter the large outdoors hot tub right from the deck, warm up by the fire pit or create a warm living ambiance with our wood burning stove.

Enjoy the privacy of 6 acres adjacent to hundreds of state forest acres for an infinite back yard. Go for beautiful hikes straight from the property or drive minutes to ski resorts, restaurants, shopping and beautiful towns.

Here are the rooms and sleeping arrangements:

Room 1: Master bedroom. 1 Queen bed and private full bathroom. 2 chests of drawers. AC
Room 2: Large bedroom/ 1 Queen bed . 1 Chest AC
Room 3: Largest room. 2 Queen size raised Aerobeds. This room also has a small gym you can use. No AC
Living room: Large sofa, oversized couch, TV, wood burning stove no AC
Dining room
Kitchen
2nd full bathroom is on the main level.

Bonus room: smaller room Perfect for kids/babies. Has a large crib, a sofabed and changing table.

Security system in place:
The outdoors of the house has cameras in place that cover all entrances and exits to the house and include the front door and back doors, deck, land, fire pit, hot tub and back yard.

We stayed in “Mary Ann’s Creampie” based on everyone’s favorite brunette from Gilligans Island (and our guess is the double entendre isn’t an accident). Big thumbs up

4th of July weekend

Communication with the landlord was very easy, great location and clean house (except for the hot tub) but the photos of the house are a little misleading. Yes it says in the listing 2 out of the 4 bed are airbed but as there is no picture of them we missed the info. I was not too happy to sleep on an air mattress for 4 nights. Basically the whole house seems unfinished (or under renovation) and it needs maintenance. But we still had a good time we just were disappointed by the overall standard of the house compare to what we usually rent on VRBO for the same price.

Amazing getaway

The host accommodated us pretty well as the property was pretty clean with all the basic commodities as well as board games to spend time with friends/family. However the lighting in certain rooms were not working and there was not adequate lighting. But overall an amazing experience!

i want to start this off by saying the host is extremely responsive and amazing. We had an amazing time. The place is clean, safe and the view was amazing. I’ll definitely book again.

Gorgeous location!

The views from this house are STUNNING. The location is off the beaten path and fully surrounded by woods. We skied one day at Belleayre and then spent many hours sledding with our kids on the big hill right in front of the house. We cooked lots of meals and soaked in the hot tub- which was also fantastic!

Nice hidaway

The property is located for privacy. Girls night, we enjoyed the large modern kitchen, living room is cozy with the wood stove. Would be great in the summer with the big deck. Hot tub wasn't working, which was a bummer. Quiet and relaxing if that is what you are looking for, plus lots of activities within 10-15 minutes. Thank you Matan for hosting

Beautiful property- amazing area.

We enjoyed our meet up at this house. It is quirky and adorable and tucked into the woods beautifully. The hot tub was great! My husband appreciated the gym and my son Loved the training dummy! Trails are very nearby. We got startled by the signage on the road saying private property- fear not- it’s just ahead! Unbeatable location.

Charming old house, very private setting

Could use some updating for the money. But it's very private, had great views of the foliage. It was nice that they allowed pets. Owner was quick to respond to questions. It does appear to have ring security cameras by the front, on the deck and out back near the hot tub. Nice fire pit, wood stove and the wifi was fast. Close to hiking trails, we had a nice weekend there.
