“What a great location! We shoes up on a Sunday and there was a whole festival/fair happening up and down the street. The host was great and we had plenty of space. Laundry inside the apartment was ve re convenient.”

“Pros: Location is very central in Boston. 10 minute away from major transit station. Host is very communicative and fast with responses. Large room and comfortable bed. Basics were provided such as shampoo conditioner body wash and paper towel and toilet paper. Maintenance people were very friendly and kind. Cons: Breaker would trip occasionally and you weren't able to run both ACs at the same time. Toilet needed to long press to flush properly. Check in information wasn't completely accurate...

“Room did the job, unfortunately the lights in both bedrooms did not work. Be aware images may not match the room you receive. Multiple stains on the couch, that are questionable at best. Won’t stay again, but we made it work.”

“The location of the property was just what was offered perfect for everything. The location was centrally located for everything. The elevator was not announced in the advertisement except for the day of check-in. We were told the elevator sometime worked. Sometimes doesn't that was accurate. We had 2 luggage 2. Carry on bags, 2 dogs, a carriage and had to walk 8 floors up. It should be announced in the advertisement that has a sometimes elevator it's important for someone that may have trouble...

“The property itself is good and the management team was responsive and first class! The issue is the night club a few doors down and the noise associated with it. We were unable to sleep from 10pm to 3am due to the crowd noise, yelling and loud music and horn blasts that went on Saturday and Sunday night. Monday was the only decent night of rest we could muster. There was no police presence and hearing fights and raised voices made us feel unsafe to venture out to see what was going on. Good...
