“Hi, my stay at Double Tree/Hilton Andover overall was good. The Hotel itself was was lovely, neat and clean. The spacious room was very neat and clean. I had trouble sleeping with such soft pillows, even when placing three pillows on top of each other. Also traveling with a seeing/walking impared person, it was difficult to enter the Hotel with the circular entry door. Only one person can fit in the small circular space. “When checking in I asked to placed in the front of the hotel staff said I was. I was placed to the side where electrical wiring and cell towers were. That really concerned me very much. I didn’t get much sleep people next door were banging on the walls and children kept running and screaming down the halls. We didn’t swim as the water didn’t look clean. When you met staff around they didn’t say anything I had to say good morning or good afternoon have a nice day. I don’t believe I would book...
