Cozy Cabin
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin! The wood stove was a welcome heat after a cold day on the lake! Everything we needed was already stocked. Would definitely recommend staying here. There’s an awesome bait shop right up the road!

We traveled all around the lake taking in the sites. Little one of a kind restaurants around the area, all were good. Grocery/shopping within 20 minutes. We were looking for quiet and we found it.

The Hunting Trip
Larry & Linda were very gracious host, as they kept a constant line of communication open. and made sure we had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. perfect size place for our needs as a hunting group of 4 adult men.

Lake Get Away
My wife & I stayed and visited this area for the first time. The lake itself is huge and we enjoyed kayaking on it. Our VRBO unit fir our needs and was comfortable for the 2 of us.

Definitely Recommend!
My fiance and I chose this sweet little cabin for our babymoon and we loved it! It was a great location so we were able to visit the lake, the local flea market, and even the nearby deer park during our short weekend. The cabin was comfortable and supplied all necessary amenities, and we loved being able to spend the evenings around the fire pit (we really appreciated that firewood was included!). One of the bedrooms has a cute skylight, and the living area was perfect for relaxing between outings. Would highly recommend!

Second time staying. Perfect location. Love this place.
Really enjoyed our stay. I have friends one mile away so we had a gathering at the fire pit. My only issue was the Wi-Fi.

Great for relaxation and escape
If you’re looking to “disconnect” from today’s stresses that come from work, constant attachment to your phone, and business of everyday life, this cabin is perfect for you! I didn’t do all that much research and didn’t realize that there was no wifi but it only made the trip better. Gave me and my friends a chance to put down our electronics and just enjoy living with no obligations or stress. The traffic was a little loud especially with it being Memorial Day weekend, but we didn’t mind too much. Staying on the front porch, hanging out, and watching all the different trucks and trailers drive by was certainly a highlight of our stay. I was able to get back into reading books since I did not have any distractions from the TV or phone. There is also a very neat BBQ spot right across the street that serves great food! I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a real hiatus from the bustling world we live in. Thanks Linda and Larry!

Wonderful little escape
This property was lovely, everything we expected. It is cozy and cute, perfect for a small getaway. The kitchen is well stocked, the property was clean and welcoming. The property is on well water so the water can be a little funky, but the fridge was stocked with bottled water so it was fine. We loved this as a quick getaway, will come back next time we need a breather. Highly recommended.

Nice enough but won't be back.
No internet service. Unable to make calls on my phone (I have verizon service). Tried to use my hotspot on my phone it would stall every 30 seconds. Made me very uncomfortable to be a women alone and not have phone service. Almost drove my spark into the ditch making that sharp left into the driveway because no lights or reflectors marking driveway. It was very dark even with the porch light left on. Too close to the road not a remote as it appears in photo. Very noisy, a lot of truck and trailer traffic. The water has a very very bad smell. My dog would not drink it.

Excellent getaway close to home.
Perfect retreat during cool rainy fall days. Enjoyed cooking, eating and crafting. If cooking is not your idea of relaxing there are lots of options nearby for food.. There are plenty of outdoor seating and options for activities including a boat ramp and archery range. Also a public golf course and winery nearby but we were content to hang around the cozy cabin and the wood stove.

Even prettier than the photos.
The hosts were so nice, so helpful, and so patient when I called for directions. Very clean, cozy cottage, close to everywhere we wanted to be. I was instantly comfortable there. I loved having my morning coffee on the front and back decks, and will definately book again.

Slightly disappointed in the stock of the kitchen. Property location not as serene as we hoped.
The property was very nice. The location of the property was not as quiet as we would have hoped. We understood the kitchen would be fully stocked and there was not enough utensils for cooking or eating.

Avery beautiful rustic cabin. Everything worked. Located3 mins away from boat and Kayak rentals. Also a ramp if you have your own boat. The kitchen seemed to be at bare minimums on equipment.{only 3 forks}. Still a great place and I would rent this again.

We enjoyed our stay here and how close it is to all the things we wanted to do. It was cold enough in the evening to have the wood stove lit. We were glad there was a grill and picnic area outside. We are thankful the dogs could come with us. There was plenty enough room for us and our fur kids.

We had a great experience staying here. The beds were comfy. The sheets and towels were clean. The AC kept the cabin cool on hot summer days. The backyard was surrounded by trees for shade and privacy. We had fun playing arcade games and yard games provided at the cabin. We rented a boat from a marina that was only 5 minute drive away. Very convenient location close to the lake. The host answered all my questions ahead of the visit and made the check in super easy. And we very much appreciate being able to take our dog on this getaway.

Nearly perfect cabin
The cabin is beautiful inside and has the feel of cabin by the lake i was looking for. Both bedrooms plenty of room. Fire pit and grill both perfect location. Plenty of privacy from neighbors. Very clean with little touches throughout to make ths stay easier(plenty of wood for fire) really sweet arcade game that youll never find anywhere else. The only downer to this property is the bathroom.. there was an egg odor from the water i believe. I scrubbed inside the shower and toilet immediately without any results(maybe well water)? I would most certainly go back though keeping that in mind. Great price and location.

Pymatuning State Park Cabin
The Cabin was very nice, but did not have any instructions on heat or how to work T.V. Beds were wonderful, ( put my back- back in place.) Location to where we wanted to go was perfect..Biggest problem was for me, cell service. Had to go to Jamestown, PA in front of a store to get signal. Needs wi-fi .

Very nice cabin, extremely clean good location near the lake owners were very helpful.
Great cabin we really enjoyed our stay. Larry and Linda were helpful and easy to communicate with. We went there on a weekend fishing trip and the cabin was close to the lake with easy access with nice parking for a truck and boat trailer.

Linda and Larry we absolutely fantastic with meeting all of our requests. The cabin was charming but very close to the road which we’re not used to. The wood burner heat kept the cabin cozy but it’s a lot of work through the night. There were thick blankets provided and the beds were comfortable. The arcade was great.

Very Relaxing!
This property was very lovely. There was a fire going when we got there, and the little stove kept us warm for 4 days. We had a very nice time just relaxing. The vintage arcade system was an added bonus, very neat. We had a very nice time and would definitely stay again.

Great little cabin!
My boyfriend and I rented this cabin as a little getaway vacation. We loved it! The wood burner being the primary heat source is actually something that we look for when we look for rentals because we love a rustic/woodsy atmosphere! (The owners did mention they plan to add more amenities, plus other heating options in the future though!) It is a nice simple little cabin with the all the basic amenities you need. Perfect for couples/small families that are looking to spend some quality time together. The owners were also extremely friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions you have! We would definitely recommend this place and plan to return in the future!

Wonderful getaway with lots of options for outdoorsy people (and dogs)
What a beautiful, cozy little cabin! Located right by the lake, and within reasonable driving distance of tons of other parks and trails, including Nelson-Kennedy Ledges State Park and Cuyahoga Valley National Park! The hosts were very kind and polite, and always quick with communication. It's in a small, quiet area with lots of rural pretty land, but also conveniently close to some little towns if you need gas or a local convenience store. All the bird songs and a cup of coffee make for some really tranquil mornings here. My dogs and I came here to celebrate one's 13th birthday, and I'd love to stay again some time and would highly recommend it! Thanks so much for hosting us.
