“Host was super helpful!”

“All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. Linens were very clean including towels. However, the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. They were super hard and lumpy. The bathroom tiles on the walls need more attention to remove the mildew. Other than that, you can have a quiet night’s sleep.”

“Clean the room, the carpet looked disgusting. The blinds were absolutely horrible. You could get those for like $10 at Walmart, and they look just nasty. All they have to do is clean out the microwave and make sure all the dishes were clean which they weren't. For what we paid, we would definitely expect way better than this. Ohh, and I forgot the flytrap hanging from the ceiling, ick”

“Room was clean, staff were not rude but were not overly friendly. Was very quiet and close to what I was staying there food. Food choice was limited to limited fast food. Bed was very comfy on one side and sunk in one spot on the other … overall would stay here again!”

“The Owl's Perch and surroundings is beautiful and serene. I would 100% recommend. The accommodation in very well laid out with many things thought of for your convenience. Enjoyed every moment, wish we could have stayed longer.”

“We stay here because it’s close to the fairgrounds. We have been coming to this hotel for 8 years and they really need to start putting money back into the hotel. The hallway walls have scuff marks, The breakfast is ok but get there early because they were out of food at 7:30. Lots of pressure washing outside would help. Besides the hotel needs to be renovated the rooms are clean so it’s fine to stay here. Help is nice, I felt safe and the view is fabulous of the mountains and lake. It is...

“We were very pleased with our stay in this very clean and well equipped cabin. The host was very helpful and easy to be contacted. My only complaint would be about the pet policy/charge. We saw in the listing that this listing was pet friendly but didn't know there was a charge until we arrived.”
