“While the staff was friendly enough, this was the worst place I've stayed in a cross-continental trip of over 3000 miles. There was hot water in the tub, but only warm from the sink faucet, no matter how long you waited. The remote for the TV didn't work; asked for replacement batteries, but was told the "sensor" probably wasn't working. Gave up after a while. No ice bucket in the room. Mediocre breakfast: no hot water at all for things like tea; wonder bread, basically, with no other...

“The hotel is a little dated. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel seemed forgotten as it was not busy at all. It is located in a great area of midland with great restaurants nearby. ”

“When I went in the TV didn’t work. Lightening had struck their poles but they had TV in the lobby worked. Was very unhappy iwith the way the staff offered a refund at 9pm the day I checked. The light for the parking lot beamed right into my room. It ”
