Inside, the condo has a warm, relaxed feel with wood-plank ceilings and an open layout that makes it easy to gather. The living area flows into the kitchen and dining space, so guests can cook, talk, watch a movie, play games, or plan the next day's adventure without feeling separated. After a day on the slopes or trails, settle in by the see-through stone fireplace and let the pace of the mountains slow everything down.



The full kitchen is set up for easy meals at home, whether you are making coffee before first chair, packing snacks for a hike, or sharing dinner after exploring Angel Fire. With the dining area nearby and comfortable living space just beyond, the layout creates a natural gathering place for the whole group.

Fireside Base Camp offers three private bedrooms, making the home a comfortable fit for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

Primary Bedroom features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a TV, with a comfortable retreat-style setting just off the living room.

Bedroom 2 includes a king bed, giving another couple or adult guest a private and peaceful place to unwind.

Bedroom 3 includes two twin beds, each with a twin trundle, plus a TV, sleeping up to four and making it a great setup for kids, friends, or additional guests who want their own space.



Bathrooms

Fireside Base Camp includes two full bathrooms. The primary ensuite features a deep jetted soaking tub and a tiled glass-block walk-in shower with body sprays and a built-in bench. The second full bath offers a tub and shower combination and a wood vanity. Fresh towels and essential bath amenities are provided in both.



Living Area

The living area is warm, comfortable, and designed for gathering. Wood-plank ceilings, Southwestern touches, and leather seating set a relaxed mountain-lodge tone. After a day at Angel Fire Resort or out on the trails, settle in by the fireplace, stream a movie, play games, or simply relax together. The open layout keeps the main spaces connected, with the see-through stone fireplace as the heart of the room, bringing warmth inside while also opening to the covered patio.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts before the slopes to relaxed dinners at the end of the day. The covered patio gives Fireside Base Camp an inviting indoor/outdoor feel. Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire condo, including the covered patio with its outdoor fireplace and the in-unit washer and dryer.



Self check-in is available via a lockbox at the unit entry, making arrival simple and flexible.



On-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the lot in front of the building. The unit is reached by an exterior staircase, so plan for a few steps with luggage.



In winter, 4WD or AWD is recommended for snow-packed mountain roads.

Fireside Base Camp sits in Angel Fire, a four-season mountain community built around Angel Fire Resort. You are close to skiing and snowboarding in winter, the lift-served bike park and mountain trails in summer, and golf and lake activities in the warmer months. Village restaurants, coffee shops, and everyday conveniences are a short drive away, with Monte Verde Lake and the Angel Fire Country Club nearby.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to reach the slopes, village, trails, and nearby towns. Four-wheel drive or AWD is recommended in winter for snow-packed mountain roads. The Enchanted Circle Scenic Byway and day trips to Taos, Red River, and Santa Fe are all within easy driving distance.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors

• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests; only registered guests are permitted

• Guests must be at least 25 years old to book

• The unit is reached by an exterior staircase (no elevator)

• There is no air conditioning; the cool mountain climate keeps the home comfortable, and ceiling fans are provided

• The home is in a mountain environment where weather can change quickly; in winter, 4WD/AWD is highly recommended

• On-site parking is available

• Pets are not allowed

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind
