• During snowy months, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended for safer travel throughout the area.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No smoking, parties, or events.

This home does not have air-conditioning, which is rarely needed at this elevation.

The home has multiple levels and stairs, including a loft sleeping area.

The driveway is unpaved and may be uneven; snow markers are installed for winter.

A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended in winter due to snow and ice.

The home runs on a septic system, so please flush only toilet paper.
