The Space:

RidgeWalk Lodge & Treehouse is two homes on one quiet, forested property high above Angel Fire, rented together so your entire group can settle in side by side. Between the two structures you get six bedrooms, three and a half baths, two full living areas, multiple decks, and panoramic mountain, valley, and forest views at roughly 9,200 feet.



The Lodge is the spacious main house, with a soaring great room, a fireplace, a full kitchen, a private sauna, and generous decks for coffee, grilling, and stargazing. The Treehouse is a cozy companion retreat with its own living room, kitchenette, and balcony, tucked into the trees. Together they sleep seventeen with plenty of room to gather and to retreat.



Whether you are here for ski days, summer hikes, family reunions, or a big mountain reset, RidgeWalk gives everyone space to spread out and come together.

Bathrooms

The combined property offers three and a half bathrooms. The Lodge has two full baths, including a primary en-suite, plus a half bath; the Treehouse has a full bath. Fresh towels and standard bath amenities are provided in both.



Living Areas

Each structure has its own living space. The Lodge's great room features tall ceilings, warm wood, a fireplace, and big windows that frame the views. The Treehouse offers a cozy living room tucked into the trees. Both make it easy to relax after a day outdoors.



Kitchen & Dining

The Lodge has a full kitchen with island seating and a dining area beneath big windows. The Treehouse has a kitchenette for lighter meals and snacks. Together they make hosting a large group easy.

RidgeWalk Lodge & Treehouse is your entire private property for the stay.

• Guests have full access to both structures, all decks and balconies, the sauna, and the forested grounds.

• Each structure has its own entrance; entry details and codes are shared before arrival for easy self check-in.

• Free parking is available on-site, as street parking is not permitted in Angel Fire.

• In winter, mountain roads can be snow-packed or icy, so 4WD or AWD is recommended and please arrive prepared.



Other Things to Note:

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

- This property is not pet-friendly.

- This is a high-elevation mountain home with no air conditioning; the climate is cool and A/C is not needed.

- Only registered guests are permitted, and a two-night minimum stay applies.

- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

- No smoking, parties, or events are allowed.

- The stay includes two separate structures, the Lodge and the Treehouse, on one property.

- In winter conditions, 4WD or AWD is recommended due to snow-packed or steep mountain roads.
