“I stayed at this resort when it was Embassy Suites, other than a refresh, which for the most part was ok, it still resembles the old resort. Our room was ok, it wasn’t cleaned properly, the heater wouldn’t turn off automatically, so it ran constantly. The selection of the coffee was pretty disappointing. In addition the toilet tissue and tissue were like sandpaper. The drinks were good with one bartender and horrible with the second one. For us it was an overnight trip to get away, but I...

“My husband and I stayed a couple nights here for his birthday, checkin was was easy and we enjoyed the extra treat of our choice of beverage; either craft beer, soda, tea or hot chocolate. Our room had been recently renovated and had a very cozy cabin feel too it. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever had, mega bonus points (to us for that). “Although the stay was comfortable and nice, the blanket felt too light like a summer blanket, so it wasn’t very cozy. I was also disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn’t working, and I had specifically booked a larger room, but the ventilation fan on the exterior wall was so loud that I couldn’t sleep. However, the breakfast was really delicious, and the staff were friendly and pleasant.”

I had a small problem with the Air conditioning unit. It would come on, then cycle off after ten minutes. Had to restart the AC unit several times to cool the room. ”
