I am sorry for that sir we normally spray air freshener to our rooms before the guest's s arrival unless we are specifically told or requested that they want a room with no fragrance due to allergy we were about to transfer them to another room of the same type but we were told by the mom that the room with 2 large beds is ok and that they will just upgrade so we just gave them a 60% discount for the upgrade to make up for the inconvenience .Again we are sorry we already instructed our staff to ask the guest upon check in on whether it's ok to spray freshener to avoid situations like what your wife had sir.

Thank you for your review. The hotel is centrally located to many venues in the area, airport, mall, resturants, and entertainment area. The area may not be light up like the entertainment area but is safe and many expats live in the area, so you get a quiet and comfortable stay with out all the craziness and noise of downtown.
