“Was a great stay”

“Very clean with two nice pools , my son loved the roof top pool and restaurant , only issues I had was the bay had a lot of jelly fish and the kids revived a couple stings , but the staff was very helpful and treated his stings quickly , definitely recommend this hotel”

“Breakfast buffets were. Excellent with many varieties of food choices staffs are extremely helpful. Staffs at the reception were also extremely helpful for my additional reservations for another 4 nights at this hotel I stayed for a total of eight nights. This is my fifth stays at Best western Plus since year 2023and have seen many improvements to now. Buffets breakfast was the most enjoyable thing to have. I always feel safe at Best Western Plus Angeles City.”

“Hotel eccezionale! Struttura di recente costruzione Unico nel suo genere. Ho scelto la suite aqua e devo dire che non avrei mai voluto lasciarla! Splendida camera spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Grande bagno con vasca circolare a vista sulla stanza e doccia separata. Stanzino separato antistante per wc e secondo lavabo. Al settimo piano troverete palestra spa e lo splendido aqua club con piscina lettini musica dj set e live performers che si esibiscono in show a tema sul bancone del bar....

“There was a wining pump inside every room that wines every 20-25min and its very loud (for ac drainage due to wrong design of the building). I woke up 2x on the middle of the night. The. When I finally slept, woke up again 3x from 4am onwards due to slamming of doors of the other rooms and loud screaming children at the pool. The pool was in the center of the building that you can technically hear everyone in there specially when kids are screaming.”

“I stayed overnight with friends and booked Villa 3. As soon as we walked into the villa, there was a really bad smell. The sinks looked dirty, and the toilets were honestly disgusting. What bothered us the most was the security guard constantly checking on us. We weren’t being loud or causing any problems, yet the guard came to our villa three different times. It felt unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. For the price of this resort, I expected much better. There are...

“our room was very spacious and clean with alot of toiletries available in the room. My kids enjoyed staying in the bunk beds. The hotel is closed to entertainment ex. casino nearby bars and many different restaurants/food to chose from in the main level.”
