“We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was modern, malinis, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The poolside area had very relaxing ambiance, a very quiet place perfect for unwinding after a long day. Nag-enjoy ang anak ko sa pool, which made our stay even more memorable. “Love the breakfast ”

“Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. Stay elsewhere.”

“Room id okay and staff was corteous. We arrived 15 minutes early to check-in and was told yo pay extra as per management.”

“The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...

“All power sockets are out of use. Bathroom light is also out of use. ”

“Renovating in progress interfered with some things, like the bathroom by the pool area not open, and kitchen not having all the menu items for the breakfast meal. No food available after 2:00 pm. Would be nice if the hotel had a full service restaurant serving through the dinner meal hours. Floors in my room looked very dull and needed waxing. Hot water not working properly in the shower. Our bathroom had only 2 bath towels, but no hand towels or washcloths. Our beds had sheets but no...

“We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star.”
