“No hot shower! This is NOT a romantic getaway vacation! When I informed the desk attendant that I didn't have a hot shower in the morning, she said she would have someone adjust it. I told here that I wasn't staying another day and asked if they would discount my stay. She said that the showers are fed by the same spring as the pools, indicating that they had no control over the temperature; even though she had just told me that they could adjust it.
