Charming 22 m² studio located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, in the heart of the historic La Doutre district in Angers. Ideal for a solo stay or for a couple, this accommodation is perfectly suited to welcome up to 2 people.

Functional and cosy studio, with a comfortable double sofa bed serving as the main sleeping area.

Fitted kitchen: induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils.

Located in a quiet dead-end street, the Impasse de la Censerie, this studio benefits from a convenient location in Angers, close to amenities and just a few minutes from the town centre.



🚗 Paid parking: Trinité Car Park (at the foot of the accommodation)

🚗 Free parking: Place de la Rochefoucault Car Park (600 metres).

• Departure: by 10 a.m. at the latest (not after)

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely stress-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a surcharge may be applied.
