Recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment (sleeps 6), 2 toilets and private parking space.
You will enjoy the charm of this duplex located in Anglet near the commercial areas of the region and about 15/20min by car or bus from the beaches.
The accommodation
The entrance to the apartment is independent and allows you to go to the kitchen on your right where you can benefit from all the necessary elements such as microwave, dishwasher, hob, freezer/fridge, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine...

On your left, the living/dining room with television, wifi, sofa bed, coffee table & storage...

The bathroom with large shower, sink, washing machine (not drying), toilet, storage..

Upstairs, two bedrooms of the same size with double bed, storage space & desk.

Private parking space in front of the box.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Only the closed box is not accessible.

Keys are always handed over by a member of the team who is present to answer your questions.

We offer a late check-in service on request (to be booked in advance):
-30€ between 8pm & 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that.
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.

Rental of childcare equipment or fans/air conditioners/auxiliary heaters: €50 (for the entire duration of the stay).

We invite you to respect the time of the appointment you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little early on the set time. In the event of a delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be charged €30.

Fee of €30 for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 p.m., and on December 25 & January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.

In case of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, it is the lock of the door that must be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.

Regarding the end-of-stay cleaning & laundry package included in your reservation:
We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and arrival, and do the cleaning at the end of your stay.

For bookings of one month or more, an intermediate cleaning (every two weeks) must be carried out at your expense. This is to maintain and check the accommodation at each visit.

Any trip that is not of an emergency nature will be charged to the tenant. This is to limit abusive travel. Do not hesitate to inquire.

Important:
A lease must be signed in parallel with the rental platform before your arrival, in French and in a dematerialized way (electronic signature).
The supporting documents required for natural persons are:
- Identity document.
- Proof of your main residence.
For legal entities:
- Kbis.
- Identity document of the manager.
In addition, it is mandatory to subscribe Rental risk and damage insurance.
