“Easy & straightforward check-in.”

“I booked this property knowing that it may be a little old / dated, but we needed a place to stay so we snagged it, even though it was very overpriced. At check in, the receptionist seemed annoyed that we were there. But we shrugged it off and moved on. When we checked into the room, I was shocked at how dirty the room was. The bed had a huge obvious stain on the middle of the comforter. That caused me to check the rest of the bed and I found food crumbs, and a fingernail on the edge of the...

“A perfectly serviceable place to stay. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had to turn down the A/C but that’s always a matter of preference. The staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were just okay — we really don’t expect much. We’d definitely stay at the hotel again.”

“The front lobby seemed updated and clean, and the staff were lovely. However, our room had a musty smell, almost as if it was a smoking room for 20 years and had recently been cleaned, but you could still smell it. The carpet seemed crunchy and dirty and just overall was a lot more budget hotel than I was expecting for a Best Western.”
