“A funky boutique hotel fine for one night stay everything about it is a little unusual takes a little bit of driving to get to anything from it. Interesting decorations for breakfast was fair.”

“The best hotel of our trip so far! Spotlessly clean room with modern furnishings - big enough for two of us with luggage to be comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff that offered us a free early check-in at 1pm. Great location in new town (although be prepared for a bit of a hike if you're walking from the railway station). Close to markets and restaurants. We'd definitely stay again.”

“Lovely and cozy place, good for any type of visitor. Location is ok but not great; if you want to walk to old Ipoh distance is short but the walk is not pretty, for the first half. Anyway, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel a lot in spite of its few flaws. Then again, price was pretty good, so few small flaws can be accepted.”

“La posizione del hotel é buona. Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura perché trattandosi di un excelsior ci si immagina il top...invece no. La prima stanza assegnataci tutto sembrava tranne che superior, doccia senza box, tende oscuranti con buchi, controsoffittatura con macchie. Comumque ci facciamo cambiare la stanza ed otteniamo la superior da noi prenotata. Il personale é stato gentile e diaponibile alle nostre richieste. Colazione salata ok, ma la colazione dolce é inesistente.”

“Initially I got a small and hot room which the aircon is not strong enough to cool it. The hotel immediately offer me another better room. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, I have enjoyed the room and services during my stay there.”

“ I checked out from another hotel to go to D Kelly, and was so glad I did. The ambiance was very welcoming, modern, hi-tech, and easily found. The parking was so convenient and classy. For a hotel that gives the vibe of a 5-star, the check-in process was unmatched, slow and inefficient front desk people. The breakfast buffet was not impressive, but if you convert to US dollar, it's so cheap, so no loss there.”

“The room is clean and their staff were very helpful, e.g find a room near to lift lobby when they found out my mum has mobility issues. Special mention to the malay male staff who is on morning shift during our stay.”
