“It was a nice, smooth check in. We were met at the house by the property manager, Kerin. He showed us around the house and left contact information. We also met the owners, who live next door. “I booked this property in Dec of 2024 to arrive in Feb 2025. Upon arriving we had not received any details for the property despite multiple attempts. We had some of our guest go and locate the property to find this property had been abandoned. I finally reached the host and she said that there was a water issue and canceled my reservation. This was obviously not the case as the property was in terrible shape. Do not rent this property. ”

“The “B by the Sea” Villa was amazing and perfect for our trip to Anguilla for a family wedding at the Aroura. “We had a lovely stay at Lockrum Point Villa. It is very isolated which we liked. The views were spectacular. We really enjoyed the pool, and the hammock was an huge hit, especially with our teenage son. The owners and property manager were extremely helpful and responsive. Everyone had their own space to stretch out. The beds were extremely comfortable. One of the highlights of the trip was hiring Chef Leontes Richardson (suggested by the owners) as the private chef.
