This independent house offers a warm, welcoming stay with classic comfort and thoughtful amenities - a home away from home for families, groups, or friends traveling together. With two double beds, a sofa bed and space for up to 6 guests, it’s an ideal base for those who want a lakeside getaway near Rome - with peace, space and beautiful views over the water.

Kitchen
Your fully equipped kitchen supports both relaxed breakfasts and full family dinners. It includes:

The stove in the kitchen is gas-powered and must be lit with a lighter, which we will provide.
