“There was no hairdryer, refrigerator, tissue, no bathroom amenities NONE! This handicapped room had grab bars in the shower but NONE near the toilet. I'll include a picture of the toilet seat. The tub need to be resurfaced with non-slip material. The room needs more outlets to charge devices. The drapes were falling off the rod. The door card did not work. I was told to slide the card in & out until the light turns green. No breakfast not even a cup of coffee. The TV did not turn on. ...

“I don’t see how this place past state inspection it literally should be shut down. 90 percent of the rooms or out of service. Insulation is falling from the ceilings. I literally almost fell from the top floor room to the bottom floor. I honestly believe I should get a refund.”
