Dog friendly and there is a great public open space on the other side of the road where dogs can be exercised. Unfortunately we could not use the restaurant because a wedding party was using it. However good restaurants nearby and good room service meant this did not detract too much.”

Hosts Mel and Hywel are charming and efficient. Dinner (three courses including wine, no choice but not intimidating) was delicious; breakfast was exemplary. We will happily go back.”

"I would have given 5 stars out of 5, because the room and the facility were very good. What a pity for the breakfast room, totally underdimensioned for this hotel-residence. You have to wait for plates, cutlery and free spaces. The two breakfast ladies try their best, but the breakfast room is simply not suitable for this facility. The brakfast food is good though, with choices of fresh fruits and grains. "
