Perfect for game days or U of M visits, this modern space comfortably fits 6 guests. Features a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, king & queen beds. Your ideal home base for exploring A2! The main level features a bright, open-concept floor plan filled with natural light, seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas.

🛋️ Living Room: Unwind on the comfortable sofa and watch the game on the 55-inch TV. Board games and cards are available for a fun night in.

🍽️ Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals. Enjoy your creations in the stylish dining area.

🧴 Starter Supplies: A starter kit of essentials is provided, including extra toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, coffee, tea, and creamer. Additional supplies needed during your stay are the guest’s responsibility.

📬 Mail: Please do not have mail or packages sent to the property, as guests do not have access to the mailbox.

⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Complimentary early check-in at 3:00 PM (one hour early) is offered when available. Earlier arrivals or late check-outs may be accommodated for a fee of $15 per half hour, subject to availability and cleaning schedules. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
