This cute, cozy two-bedroom duplex upper level unit on Ann Arbor’s west side is a five-minute drive to downtown Ann Arbor, University of Michigan Central Campus, and the Big House! Parking for two on the premises. The perfect spot for any getaway!

Layout _____________ Our property is a duplex with an upper and lower unit. This is the upper unit, which is accessed via an exterior wooden stairway around the rear of the property. The unit features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a standing shower, and a living room and the kitchen.
Arrive with Ease _____________ Enjoy a seamless check-in experience with keyless digital access. Check-in anytime that fits your schedule, after 3:00 pm. If you’d like an early check-in, shoot us a message the day before your stay. If no other guest is checking out, you’re welcomed to check-in anytime!
Rest in Comfort _____________ Sink into soft, plush memory foam mattresses, hypoallergenic down alternative microfiber comforter, crisp clean linens, and extra blankets for the winter in each of our bedrooms. Stay rested with blackout drapes in each bedroom.
Sleeping Arrangements _____________ In addition to the two queen beds, our space features a queen size pullout couch and a queen-size air mattress. Plenty of extra linens and pillows are available to ensure groups of any size have a comfortable, restful stay.

Please note: there may be guests below you in the lower level unit, so please leave shoes by the door and keep footsteps and volume to a minimum, especially after 9pm.
Expectations _____________ 99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.
We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule.
Parking _____________ Located directly off W Huron Street, this unit’s space in our driveway fits two cars in tandem. Please park on the right-hand side of the driveway, as the left-hand side is for the lower level unit. We have installed signage for clarification but please feel free to message us with any questions!
There is no street parking on W Huron Street. If you have more than two cars and need extra parking, street parking is available on Crest Ave, which is the street south of and perpendicular to W Huron Street.
Entry _____________ The unit is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock at the front door. Enter the unique code we'll provide you the week before your stay begins, and press the CHECK to unlock.
When leaving, enter your code and press the CHECK to lock the door.
Our Availability _____________ We are available whenever you need! Please feel free to reach out via the app or website you booked on with any specific questions. For any health emergencies, please dial 911. If a system malfunctions (i.e., hot water not functioning or a light has gone out), please send us a message on the app or website you booked on and we will be sure to address it in as short a time as possible (we usually respond within a few minutes). We also have handymen, electricians, plumbers, and landscapers with whom we work, so for any extenuating circumstances, we will happily bring them out to solve your issues post haste!
Extra Sleeping Arrangements _____________ Pullout Couch: Underneath the horizontal seat you will find two fabric handles. Pull them out from under the couch and raise up the extra mattress section from underneath the couch. Remove the couch pillows to make space for two!
Extra Linens: Underneath the chaise section of the couch you will find four bath towels and four hand towels, four pillows, a comforter, and extra sets of sheets and pillowcases for the couch and air mattress.
House Rules _____________ We love hosting folks, so we want to be as respectful as possible to our wonderful neighbors. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules:
- No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know. - Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm. - Please leave your shoes at the door. - No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies. - No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky. - If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. - Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
Our Neighborhood _____________ Ann Arbor's west side is a delightful suburban neighborhood with premium access to the University, surrounding athletic amenities and parks, strong public transportation options, and downtown Ann Arbor. The house backs up to a beautiful, sprawling ravine, providing plenty of privacy with equally nice views.
