We stayed in the hotel 3 nights. The staff was not helpful at all. The lobby smelled of gasoline because of roofing work. I asked for my room to be cleaned one out of the 3 days. On that day, we came back at noon and saw that the roon was not clean. The cleaning cart was just 2 rooms away. So we left and came back at 4 pm and still the room was not cleaned. When i called the front desk, i was told that occupied rooms would get cleaned at the end of the shift. I said when is that? The guy said it's 5 pm. I said i was never told that and of all the hotels i stayed at, that's never been the case. For the fumes that were making me dizzy and afraid to eat at the onsite restaurant for breakfast, and the lack of room cleaning, can you give me a hotel credit? The guy said take it up with expedia because you booked with them. Not helpful. Then i went downstairs later to get some wash cloths and garbage bags. I asked for coffee from the coffee dispenser. Can you believe it's $3 and the guy said we don't offer complimentary coffee here. Hello! You want a bad review instead, I asked. The guy asked for my room number and looked away. I told him it'd be such a small gesture. He ignored me. There needs to be better customer service here.
