The City of Ann Arbor strictly enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must keep noise levels low during this time, both inside and outside the property.
We have a zero tolerance policy for noise complaints. Our neighbors are attentive and will report disturbances directly. One noise complaint will result in immediate forfeiture of the remainder of your stay without refund.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We're happy to welcome your furry friend! we allow certain pets with an additional fee of $50 per night to help cover cleaning and any extra wear and tear.
